Commenting on the decision to open a regional office, Michael Conneely, Regional Business Development Manager said:

“The Middle East region is leading globally in terms of new developments, in particular where our world class acoustic and fire door systems add value by ensuring the greatest of venue flexibility in projects such as: TV and Film Recording Studios, Performing Arts Centres, Theatres, Conference Centres, Museums and Education Facilities. Our first project in the Middle East was close to 15 years ago, as a result our reputation for large format high performance doors is highly valued by clients here.”

In region, through ambitious cultural and tourism agendas, Clark Door has successfully delivered several projects across the Middle East – with regional project highlights including the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture – Ithra (KSA), Royal Opera House Muscat (Oman), Bahrain National Theater (Bahrain), the New York University (UAE), Zayed University (UAE), and the National Convention Centre (Qatar).  They are currently engaged in several exciting projects across the region.

Clark Door’s decision to open a regional office was part of their leaderships team’s vision and long-term commitment to the Middle East. BCB’s incubator program was the perfect platform to allow Clark Door to hit the ground running, rather than focusing on the time-consuming bureaucratic steps required to set up a presence in the Middle East, the Clark Door team could focus on market research and relationship building. Another valuable bonus of being part of the BCB’s incubator programme is the access to the broad network of companies already working with the BCB and of course the access to the British Business Groups networking events.
