The International Emergency and Catastrophe Management Conference and Exhibition (IECM) brings together the global emergency, disaster management, and search and rescue community.
It provides an essential platform to showcase the sector’s latest equipment, technologies and services, and is co-located with the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development (DIHAD) Conference & Exhibition.
The event’s 14th edition gathers key decision-makers from governments, emergency response organisations and aid agencies. It also attracts delegates from search and rescue teams, NGOs, media and the private sector.
The exhibition – which covers a diverse range of products, solutions and innovations for deployment during emergency situations – enables attendees to exchange ideas with industry experts and to connect face-to-face with new suppliers and buyers.
The conference – under the banner of emergency and catastrophe – features presentations based around a ‘Story, Outcome, Solutions’ concept. With 15 15-minute speeches, sessions cover key topics such as crowd control, cyclones, drought, explosions, floods and pandemics.
