BCB Newsletter: September 2017

01 Oct, 2017 - BCB

Good afternoon

‘Buy British’ you’re told. Help support local businesses, grow the domestic economy and reduce imports.

It’s no different in the UAE.

There is a strong preference for local suppliers here.

That is increasingly espoused through the formal procurement policies of government departments and large companies, where a UAE trade licence is essential to even get on the tender list.

Free zone or onshore? Dubai or Abu Dhabi? LLC or Branch? Registered agency? There are a myriad of ways of developing a local presence & not all will be right for your company and what you plan to do in the region. The BCB can help you to evaluate your options and make the right decision.

Regards,
Joe
