Opportunities Workshop is an education and training business helping individuals and businesses improve their present and future performance through accredited programmes in business, healthcare and hospitality.
2. Why have you chosen to expand to the UAE?
Our expansion into the UAE is driven by client –led demand for our services and our desire to build a regional hub for our longer-term plans in the region.
3. Please describe the process of deciding to expand, and how your company came to choose BCB.
We worked closely with UKTI to educate ourselves on how to approach our international expansion plans and chose BCB for the support offered in establishing an onshore presence in the UAE.
4. What do you foresee for your industry in the coming twelve months?
We’re experiencing increasing competition for the most highly skilled candidates and a drive from our business clients to differentiate themselves through the quality of their staff.
5. Finally, what types of clients do you have, who should be contacting you for business?
Our current UAE clients are primarily large hotel groups and individuals seeking career progression with these organisations. We’d love to hear from decision makers in HR, Recruitment and Training roles looking for effective solutions for attracting, developing and retaining key staff.
